"Billing and cancellation felt confusing"
I tried eatright.life, and I’m not sure if it was just me, but the billing details didn’t feel very clear. I thought I knew what I was signing up for, but the charges and renewal info seemed easy to overlook.
Canceling wasn’t as straightforward as I expected either. I had to dig around more than I think I should have, which got frustrating. Maybe others had an easier time, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t use it again.

"Good meals with plenty of variety"
I’ve been using eatright.life for a little while now, and overall the meals have been good. Obviously not every dish is going to be a favourite, but most of them are tasty and there’s enough variety that I’m not getting bored. A few could use a bit more flavour, in my opinion, but for the most part it’s a solid option.

I signed up for eatright.life mostly because I wanted help from a nutritionist, but meh. The replies took longer than I expected, and a lot of the advice felt generic, like they hadn't really looked closely at my specific food issues. Frustrating. A few tips were fine, sure, but nothing I couldn't have found with a quick search online. I was hoping for more actual back-and-forth and guidance that felt personal. Overall, not terrible, but not really worth it for me.

I reached out to support and it’s been slow getting any kind of response. the whole wait feels avoidable, especially if they just kept customers updated along the way.

"Delivery times aren't reliable"
The food's decent when it actually shows up, but the delivery has been a bit all over the place for me. I've had it arrive late twice, and one time I didn't get any proper update until I reached out myself.
I like the idea behind eatright.life, and I'd use it more if the timing was dependable. It's just hard to plan meals around it when you don't really know when it's coming. Hope they sort it out.

I was hoping the meal plan would feel more tailored to my preferences, but it came across generic. I reached out to support and they were nice about it, basically saying something like, “the plan is designed to fit most goals and can be adjusted,” but I still didn’t feel like it was really built around me. Not terrible, just not as personal as I expected.

I gave it a try, but i don’t feel like the monthly price matches what you actually get. It’s not terrible, but for the cost, I expected more. In the end, it just left me feeling like my money could be better spent somewhere else.

I was disappointed with the salad. It was soggy and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Compared to other places in the area where the salads are usually crisp and fresh, this one just didn’t hold up.

"Just Didn’t Feel Worth It"
The food was decent, but the portions felt really small. I finished my meal and was still hungry, which never feels great when you’re paying restaurant prices. My gut feeling is it just wasn’t worth the money for me

I’ve been feeling a bit healthier lately and even managed to drop a few kilos, which is nice. i didn’t expect much from it at first, so I guess it’s doing something right
